What does the service include?
Personal airport escort: meet & greet, skipping queues at immigration and customs, and baggage assistance — for both arrival and departure.
From what age do children pay?
In Bangkok (BKK) children up to age 4 (inclusive) are free; in Phuket (HKT) up to age 3 (inclusive). Age is determined at the flight date.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel within 4 hours of booking for a full refund. After that a 5% processing fee applies; credit may be frozen for up to 12 months. Full details in the Terms.
What are the support hours?
Mon–Thu 10:00–19:00, Fri 10:00–14:00 (Bangkok time).
